So in September 2018, 4 years after having bilateral knee replacement surgery my surgeon referred me for a nuclear bone scan. The scan revealed that both of my knee implants had failed and needed to be replaced and in a very discrete way lead me to believe that the manufacturer of my implants knowingly sold them anyway. So shortly after my second knee was replaced for the second time I searched for an attorney. Perdue and Kidd was highly recommended. I contacted them early 2019 as was put in touch with Michael Clinton. Mr Clinton called and explained the entire process of a mass tortes case. He was very thorough in his information. He told me that in cases like mine that most likely it would take years(7 or more). Well mid July 2019 Mr Clinton called with news on the status of my case. He indicated that things were progressing more quickly than expected. Between Mr Clinton and his legal assistant Sarah, I was kept updated regarding how things were going. Well today, approximately 2years not 7 or more, I received my settlement. Mr Michael Clinton and Sarah and all of the others that worked on my case were exceptional.
