Horrible service, in a process that, as they themselves said, was "very simple", I generated all the documentation myself, and they changed it and put things that were not even true, they CONFUSED my case and did not give any update on the process, I have to find out through other means what is happening with my application, if you received documentation they don't even let you know! No legal representation on your interviews or nothing, I was try calling to talk to the actual Lawyer and it was impossible, they never transfer the call to him. And the time I went in person to talked to him, He look so lost that I don’t even think he would listen to my concerns. Please find someone that care about your case and great customer service.
