If i could give 0 stars I would. This company totally dropped the ball. I closed on the sale of my home at 11am and they did not notify me until 1230pm that the title for the purchase of my new home was not clear due to a new issue that had risen. This resulted in my family becoming homeless with nowhere to go. When families are relying on these transactions to go smoothly this is a totally unacceptable thing to have happen. Had they contacted us by 9, 10, even 11:00 a.m., then we could have delayed closing on the sale of my home and avoided this all together. I now have 3 small children, myself, and my husband staying with relatives, our belongings are scattered at different places with people who were willing to store them because of this company.

This is an incredible organization that treats its clients with respect and courtesy. All staff members are helpful and provide excellent service.

Wonderful experience. Very helpful and efficient. Lisa & Tom helped to make the process a breeze. I’m very thankful.

Really patient and intelligent people there, love working with them!
