When is the state going to have enough of the inept Judge Nault? What will it take to have him removed? He has a looooong track record of terrible rulings dating, at least, back to the 1990’s. I personally testified in a bench trial before him. In that case, the defendant admitted to assault with intent to harm, and there were photographs of the injury. Judge Nault found the defendant not guilty. After that, NE District Court Prosecutors began refusing to have cases before him. Judge Nault needs to go. How is he still hearing cases? All prosecutors know that he is a garbage judge.

Judge Nault is an inept judge who does not know RCW (permanent laws now in force). His judgement was wrongful and on the contrary to RCW and common law. He did not follow factual evidence to be provided by both sides. Even worse, he provided legal advice and approved malicious actions against law on the court outside of his jurisdiction rights. He did also use discriminational language toward underreprensented group. Judge Nault was removed from criminal court due to his problematic ruling in the past. However his behavior does not change now on small claim court. In my case, he has caused not only financial loss to my family due to his jurisdiction errors and incapability, his encouragement and approval on defendant's malicious actions against law and outside his jurisdiction right could cause further financial loss on my family and raise public safety issue. Moving him around in King county legal system does not make the cure, but creates holes where he rules. Cases misjudged by him should be re-reviewed by a different judge if appeal becomes unachievable.

Judge Nault married us!! I called every judge in the area and he’s the only one who picked up the phone. He sounded like a warm hearted person who just wanted to see good things happen. It makes me feel safe and cared about that he’s the one who’s marrying us. It’s like a sign! ;) he’s readings are so beautiful and full of love and wisdom. We couldn’t ask for a better wedding! It was perfect...

He ruined many lives with his refusal of video evidence and other things like DUI tests. He broke the law. Now he is dead. Now we have to live with his terrible decisions. A terrible man, a terrible career.

He is old a decreptive, an unfair angry old man needs to retire and get the Hell.off the bench, when is his term up never vote for this A hole, observe the insanity of his court demening nature, needs a few pegs off!
