We have worked with Megan Burgess for the last 4 years on a very complicated case which ended up going to trial. Megan was an awesome litigator and presented a well rounded case to which we won with a unanimous jury verdict. I would recommend Ms. Burgess to anyone looking for a competent construction lawyer. My experience with Peterkin & Associates was highly regrettable. I enlisted the firm's services based on their alleged expertise & reputation, and reassurances I had a strong, straightforward case. Not only was my case unresolved, it was made significantly worse by my attorney's inept involvement. She was uncommunicative, unresponsive and unprofessional. I was forced to pay exorbitant fees without any resolution whatsoever and my repeated requests for my concerns to be addressed were wholly ignored. Truly abhorrent service.
