I called several attorneys in the local area and Keith was the only one to promptly answer our inquiry about a will. He was very knowledgeable and professional as he advised what was best for our family's estate planning needs. We walked away with a sound plan and peace of mind. I highly recommend you see Keith for your legal matters. You wont be disappointed.
I needed an attorney really quick for "Power of Attorney" and found Keith D. Peterson online.. He answered the phone right away, and although he had other cases that he was working on, he started working on my request right away. By the next day he had all the paperwork complete, and met me and my brother up at the hospital the next day to have my mother sign the papers. All of this was done and complete within a matter of hours. He is very polite and professional.. as well as his staff. A true blessing. He's now my permanent attorney for any future needs.
Keith helped my wife and I with our last will and testaments in 2015. We went back to Keith Set 2022 for some revisions to our wills before our trip abroad. Keith is still the same person as he was in 2015. Honest, sincere, attentive and a great listener. He uses his knowledge and experience to help you get to where you want to be. We are always extremely comfortable around Keith. Not sure I could say that about other attorneys.
We had a great experience with Mr.Peterson and we are 100% satisfied with his service. He is a kind, patient and hard working attorney . He is willing to work with us to understand and accommodate our legal aids needs. I am confident to recommend his office if you are looking for a top knot service in legal advice and consultation.
I am an attorney, but my practice does not involve complex estate planning. So, I requested Mr. Peterson to contact me. He responded promptly and called me personally. He quickly understood my legal issues involving the ownership and transfer of a real estate-oriented, single-member LLC to a family member and some other family-related issues. As a CPA, he also explained the potential tax implications of such a transfer and other considerations. I know a good attorney when I see one. Keith Peterson is one.
