I never write reviews but I was so disappointed that I felt I needed to, this was a Horrible process!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible Settlement!!! Was represented by Robert Graff, was promised at time of retaining Mr. Graff that my case would be worth 75k, 50k lowest. I retain Mr, Graff in April 2019. The process took almost 2 years. Around August 2020 we had a mediation l, which Mr, Graff told me I would be he would be going in with 35k being min an that if they offered lower that we would just take it to court. He calls me back later that day an says he thinks I should take a 10k offer!!!!!!!!! Then tells me he thinks this is a good offer, after explaining to me earlier before the meeting that 35k is the min. He then told me to think about it because with COVID they can just declare bankruptcy and I could just receive nothing, he gave me the mentality of this is better then nothing as if he didn’t explain an break down the numbers when I hired him, and close to time of settlement. There was no COVID when I was illegally treated so how can they use that as an excuse, Mr, Graff also explained acouple months prior to mentioning that I had no worries because by them saying they would just declare bankruptcy is not legal an that they can’t do that just because of my case an that we could use that against them Somewhere along the line he switched everything an was trying to pretty much demand me to take a 10k offer. After a few days of thinking about it an panicking since is was being told By Mr. Graff that I would be getting this or nothing I told him, this isn’t What I want and I don’t feel this is no where close to the offer that you told me I should get, I said if they come back with 15k I’ll take it, but I don’t feel this is right or anywhere nearer worth what you told me. He then came back to me 3 months later and said they said they could take it but we would need to pay in 6 months. I said Mr Graff no, I don’t want that offer I already felt it wasn’t anywhere close to the value then they want to buy a 6 month date on it. I said I don’t want to take I want my full value worth. I don’t know if he had a side deal or something but he then told me if I don’t take this offer that I would need to find another attorney!!!!!!! This was the worst process I ever had to deal with Mr, Graff made a deal with the company that illegally discriminated against me behind my back!! Then forced me to take the deal and say he wouldn’t represent me if I wanted to go forward. I walked away with ONLY 6,000 affter being promised 75k on the beginning then 50k as we went threw the process. 2 years worth of stress and legal battles and he forces me to get 6k!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ralphael was completely amazing! I was in a position with my case situation where I lost my livelihood/Health long hauler effects of Covid and my family suffered because of it. He always no matter if he was busy still answered my calls or emails. He always kept me in the loop of what was going on. He is a very empathic guy. He was very confident in my case and we ended up winning. Even through I will have long hauler effects from Covid, he gave me back my life and my family the confidence to know that fighting for your rights helps. I would highly recommend him!
