If I could give Polanco zero stars, I would. This law firm will treat you like you're at a free law clinic asking for free legal advice. Unprofessional and absolutely third rate -they seem to have missed the memo that they're supposed to respond to clients about their case. You shouldn't be in this business if you can't find the time to respond to clients within 48 hours. They wouldn't respond to our emails for weeks at a time, and they will *actually get angry* with you when you demand that they respond to you after you've sent the 12th email with zero response. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Most especially, if you have a loved one that's been transferred to Stewart do not use their Stewart office/Marty Rosenbluth. Trust me, there are more efficient and effective lawyers in Georgia who can represent your family at Stewart. Polanco charges almost double the going rate for bond motions for detainees at Stewart, and they prepare them much slower than most of the other attorneys who are charging half the price. If you think that you're getting superior service because you're paying a lot of money or that you'll see your attorney fairly often because he lives right in town - wrong! You'll never see them and as I said, they'll make you feel like they're doing YOU a favor by answering your emails. The way they handled my brother's case was so terrible, that I intend to file a complaint with the NC bar. Yes, it was THAT bad.
