AWFUL ATTORNEYS. PAID OFF ACCOUNT IN FULL AND THEY CAN'T BE BOTHERED TO SEND ME A ZERO BALANCE SETTLEMENT LETTER. FILED COMPLAINT WITH BBB. THEY TAKE THE $$$ AND THEN LEAVE YOU HIGH AND DRY. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD???????? SCAMMER ATTORNEYS.
Not only did I have a legal agreement for payment but they refused my money, refused to fix my payment portal and then on top of it all, tried to deny the agreement even existed at all. Underhanded and unreputable practices.

Setup payment and cant make a payment online, and they said they are unable to process payment on phone.. Made attempts to pay 5 seperate times in 2 months with no help from customer service.. one laughed and said "see you in court" when i was almost in tears! They literally couldnt care less
We owe a debt that they collect every month. They continued to say we were “Late or missing” payments and attempted to collect the “delinquent payment” multiple times before I sent them my bank statements proving I paid it and they told me not to worry about it. It was frustrating and confusing.
