Website has fax number as office number and visa versa. Asked if they deal with employee and employer matters. She said the lawyer they had that did moved to Wyoming. Asked if she could recommend a lawyer who does. She said "no" Asked if they have been around since 1914. I would figure a law firm would have some contacts somewhere that has been operating for over 100 YEARS!!! No knowledge, website looks like a do it yourself site, unimpressed.
I reached out to this company to help me help my mother. Specifically, since my father just passed, she needs to evaluate bankruptcy. I mentioned that specially in the email (why I was reaching out including the fact that I had just lost my father, what we wanted to evaluate, and request for cost estimates and what I should have ready for a call). Here is the email I received back. I guess you can evaluate for yourself if it was appropriate or not. "The firm of Poore, Roth & Robinson, P.C., is responding to your email as a courtesy only. You should not interpret this response as indicating that any relationship exists between you and Poore, Roth & Robinson, P.C., or any of its attorneys. Poore, Roth & Robinson, P.C., specifically declines to represent you in connection with any matter whatsoever. We do not accept clients by email or telephone, and we do not offer legal advice by email or telephone. "
I have worked with a variety of lawyers from this firm over the years, they have great depth of experience and have been servicing the community of Butte for years. Highly would recommend to anyone!
