After being run around about how to pay my debt (can’t pay in person but you can’t pay online if you owe anything, I’m not putting a check in the mail) paid off the debt they were collecting, a month later i get a letter in the mail telling me they’re taking a lien on my house! I paid, got an email confirming my debt was paid off! Check your records before you send me more freaking paperwork about a debt THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID!!!

Can't seem to get these people on the phone. Everytime I call there's 5-9 people ahead of me and you wait forever and the number never seems to change. Edited: Took a week to get ahold of them. Customer Service was very friendly but did not have solid answers for my concerns. Update 5/24/24: Paid one bill off this week for $350. I have 2 other tax bills with them. In less than a week they sent me a statement for one of the other taxes with a $175 attorney fee on it. Now dang, I just paid off the one and you see I am cooperative and trying to fix my tax debt and you slap me with another fee. It's like my $350 got cut in half literally because of that fee. I tried to call twice so far to see why I even got the fee in the first place because I am obviously trying now to pay but I was on hold forever. It's like constant attorney fees flying from every angle. How can anyone honestly get caught up?!

Sleezy law firm that takes advantage of the downtrodden. Shame on Upper Darby for hiring them. They give scum a bad name.

Thieves charging 10x what I owe. They shouldn't be in business.

They were helpful but I waited on the phone for more than an hour to talk to someone. And because they are the collection agency for Pottstown borough, the borough messed up and port noff confirmed it. The borough sucks but portnoff was ok.
