This law firm came highly recommended by my friends. I don’t see why? I called James Powell’s Office 5 times over the past 3 weeks to discuss my potential law suit against a home contractor. He did not return my calls to discuss any details until my 5th call where I told the Secretary that I was no longer interested in his services. Very unprofessional especially when James finally called. I again told him that I was not interested in his services after 5 calls. His response was that he wasn’t interested in my case anyway. It was a childish response. It is funny how he was not interested when he didn’t have any details. If he truly was not interested in my case maybe they should have called sooner out of courtesy to tell me or tell me when I was speaking to a Secretary.

Mr. Powell has been very helpful and compassionate. Helping me with not only my case but answering and ringing answers for me in regard to my son's death.
