I do not recommend Tim, he also left me high and dry, he has no drive, no commitment and really did not represent me at the level that he charges for his services, unfortunately you don’t realize this until it is too late and at that point you have very little options. If you are looking for someone aggressive and that will stand by your side and represent you Tim is not that person. The level of service you get is not good and he did not see my case thru because he said there was a conflict of interest, so he takes all my money and walks away, no suggestions, advice or help of any kind, it was clearly easy money for him and showed me how little he cared for my situation and made me feel as he was only interested in the money, he did not care he was leaving me high and dry and for the several thousands of dollars he charged me I basically received nothing. The person I was suing got away with all his wrong doings, I am sure he is still laughing and steeling from others.

This is this worst firm. Save your money. Even though my parents trusted this firm while they were alive, they gave no support or guidance after their passing. Even after we paid a retainer, during our funeral plans, they still didn’t offer support. We did all of the calling and footwork during our bereavement. I would NEVER recommend this firm. Tim - YOU ARE WRONG.
