I paid my monthly premium since 2019 and put in a claim in September of 2023. I paid to be protected and I have not recouped anything. This has been months and several people have been assigned as my claims adjuster just for the new claim adjuster to tell me my claim is a waste of time. It has been a financial burden and it is terrifying to think that you pay all these years for a service that is not protecting me. This seems like an ongoing issue of this company not paying out claims and if anyone is affected please message me so we can get to the bottom of this. If I have not received any contact via the company by May 18 I will contact the Oregon Insurance Commissioner. Additionally and worst of all: I was sent two other companies confidential information and their claims. One claim was for a doggy daycare and one was for a groomer.

The absolute worst experience. A claim was initiated in September 2023 and it is still not resolved. Jeffrey Brown is the current assigned adjuster as this claim has changed hands repeatedly. Today I spoke with Mr. Brown who likes to play word mumbo jumbo and called me “Pat” to hush me up. Zero resolve to the claim as of yet. Customer service is nonexistent and essentially this company is not honoring what they stand by and what they sign people up for. When this claim is resolved and handled, I would be more than happy to either update my review or remove this review all together.

Horrible experience with PCM. It took 3 months for me to get an answer. I had to call multiple times for them to even look at my case. The person was so rude on the phone, on multiple occasions. At one point even told me it wasn't their problem that I didn't leave a message. The adjuster scolded me for going above him and calling the main office. Spoke to me like I was his child. I have never experienced such rude customer service. On top of grieving for a lost pet they sided with the other party. Do not use.

Terrible experience with this company. I had to repeat myself on multiple occasions and when I suggested we communicate via email I was told that "There's nothing wrong with our communication." They also contacted the client who the claim was about and exacerbated the issue. Jeffery Brown was my claims officer.

We've used PCM for 6+ years. Terrific experience all around. Claims are handled promptly, with thorough review of applicable laws and policy conditions. Pleasant staff, always ready to give a plain-language explanation of in-depth insurance conditions and relevant case law.
