Prendergast & Del Principe

This Man deserves 0 stars...... but you had to touch one in order to leave feedback. I don't see how this man is in business!!!!! I am a Realestate Broker dealing with him on a realestate Transaction in which we're both are supposed to be representing the seller...... Gerald Pendergast doesn't return phone calls, respond to emails or anything for that matter, communication level is at zero!!!!! On top of that he is the main reason for a good deal gone bad! Hope he doesn't do all of his clients this way!

We worked with Yvonne Del Principe on our first real estate transaction and she was excellent. She is extremely knowledgeable, has a high attention to detail, and answered our many questions in a timely manner.

Attorney unwilling to help with a case he was involved in. No phone call back. I would NOT recommend ever!
