My husband and I went to see Donna Sands attorney at law to redo our will. I was nervous about it because I didn't know much about it. Donna Sands calming voice put us at ease. We wanted our trust updated for SC. We were asked specifically by the attorney if we wanted our timeshare excluded from our trust for our daughters sake. We said we would have to ask our daughter and would get back. We did, and informed the attorney we wanted it removed. When we picked up the redone trust, the timeshare was still in it. When we asked about it, the same attorney who asked us if we wanted it removed, then tells us they can’t do that, our original attorney in California supposed has to do it. That turned out to be false. Then she tells us it can be removed here, but they won’t do it because it’s registered in another state. Then, why did you ask us to begin with if we wanted it removed. Very Untrustworthy!
