Some of the worst representation out there. Over 3 years have past and I still have yet to meet personally with mr.profitt. I've reached out looking for a referral to a different law firm because apparently they have to much going on and have yet to get a reply. The excuse I've gotten was that I personally don't inform them of documentation that they received the day of signing. Even after a month of reaching out I was to blame for not informing a temporary attorney who ran my mediation. I guess it's safe to say you have to stay on top of your own stuff if your actually looking to get things done.

You all are awesome. Caleb you get a special thank you. Case is nowhere near done, however this firm does it’s best. Janet you are amazing too. No comment needed for Stephenie I think everyone in the area knows how good to her clients she is. Thank you all for your hard work.

The entire team is incredible! Amanda, Gabriel, and Katy have been such a huge blessing for us! They are sincere, compassionate, and are willing to go above and beyond to help you and your family. Katy is more than just an attorney, she is a warrior! She has fought for our family and has done great things for our case. Stephanie Proffitt and her team are the ONLY family law attorneys I would recommend to anyone. They are professional, courteous, quick, and doers. Ms. Proffitt is truly a woman of integrity and gets the job done right. My protective order, divorce, mediation, and post-divorce issues were in good hands with Proffitt & Associates. After several nightmare situations with other Houston attorneys I can tell you she is a cut above the rest. Fair warning to people seeking legal assistance: PLEASE look into your attorneys and find out who they are as people BEFORE you start shelling out thousands of dollars to them. Not all attorneys are good people(some are out for blood and to ruin people's lives), nor are they willing to be straight with their clients.

Wouldn’t give any stars. But have to give one to give my review. Absolutely the worse law firm ever. The clerk and paralegal are incompetent. They never answer their phone or return calls. They never give you updates of your case and the lawyer is never informed of any information given to her staff to help your case up until the day of. Information given is usually lost and has to be resubmitted numerous times and even then what ever is provided is lost during court. Emailed lawyer Ms Proffitt several times and never get response.
