My mother used PMC Law Firm to assist with probate matters after the untimely passing of my father. Her attorney, Tiffany, did a great job of making her feel confident in the probate process during a period where everything else was chaotic. When I needed to make sure my own affairs were in order, I went back to PMC and had the pleasure of working with David Causey who did the same for me. He was thorough and responsive and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this firm.
I am a solo attorney and I have had the pleasure of working with Attorneys from the PMC Law Firm on Guardianship and Probate cases. I appreciate their professionalism as well as their kind and cooperative attitudes. I have also reached out to the Attorneys for guidance on my own cases, and I have always received prompt replies and advice. I recommend the PMC Law Firm highly!
David is wonderful to work with. Staff excellent. Give them a try!
My mother needed help closing my father's estate and fighting litigation from a party named in his will. He passed away in 2019. After several thousands of dollars with a different attorney, we changed law firms. PMC Law Firm and Attorney Virginia Spencer, assisted my mother in fighting this litigation and achieving a positive outcome. Ms. Spencer and PMC Law Firm were Respectful, Knowledgeable and Professional and we are so grateful that we hired them to help us. We would recommend them to anyone seeking expert service in probate litigation or any legal matter.
David Causey will not return any phone call. He represented a personal representative of my grandmother's estate but refuses to talk with any of the beneficiaries. He was being paid by the estate money therefore I was assuming he represented us all. He gets confused of who is paying the bill. This attorney, David Causey, never communicated the transfer of deed to the beneficiaries and would never answer any questions we had concerning this case. The beneficiaries had to be the one to get the deed from the register of deeds office to make the transfer possible. Never even communicated what needed to be done only found out thru my own research what needed to be done. Wouldn't even lift his finger to help with that. Again no communication. I would never recommend anyone for anything to seek this lawyer's counsel. You can hire him but rest assured, you are going to have to do the leg work. He's a do nothing lawyer that will be more than happy to collect your money while you do all the research and work. On August the 6th we, ourselves, had to go to the register of deeds office in Dorchester county to retrieve the deed to the house we were inheriting and unless we did our own research, would not have known it was even completed. No letter to the beneficiaries communicating this at all. UPDATE 9/24/21: You were hired by the personal representative with ESTATE funds to do a transfer of deed for beneficiaries listed on the will. You are suppose to represent ALL of us. PERIOD! If the personal representative used her personal funds then I would say you are correct however, they did not use personal funds therefore you would represent ALL of us.
