Joseph at Russell Cooke was our knight in shining armour. Our previous solicitors were causing unnecessary delays and we needed to meet the stamp duty deadline. Joseph took everything on and resolved all queries within the deadline. He was supportive, informative and diligent and he was quick to respond to our queries. I had total faith in Russell Cooke throughout the process and I highly recommend their services.

Got a email, there were not well repaired for there client slandered and made liable comments which was witnessed and didn’t comment on it or there client can’t handle a complaint or communicate just think ignorance is bliss hide behind emails when a phone call could of been made, replied 72 hours ago and nothing. Looking at the feedback a top 100 company would have better reviews I’ve never dealt with solicitors who have this level of feedback / customer care Lack of knowledge of ongoing cases with there client. I didn’t email them to start this off there client did and now gone awol. I hold of emails and documents and sar There client won’t send cctv but will on courts request But confirmed won’t delete - when it will be proven as gross misconduct Feel free message me direct for more info There client is Shurgard self storage - who try and delete feedback and then deny it and say we didn’t but trust pilot proves they have and backed me. Why would a honest company do that ? Just to note I’m still awaiting a response to my email and in regards to the above ignore there comments I have emails to confirm happy to post screenshots to prove the case

Russell-Cooke were fantastic, and Joseph, in particular, was amazing during our transactions. He handled both the sale and purchase of our properties with exceptional proactiveness, attention to detail, and communication. If I could put -1 I would. Stay away from these people, total con artists. They don't know how to communicate with people & are totally arrogant, especially Andrew Godfrey. Don't let them do your tax return either, they charge an absolute fortune (go to an accountant), as I think they make up how much they're going to charge for this. For a 5 minute job they wanted to charge about £700, & then will not give you your tax rebate back (thousands being held by this firm, & making it impossible to get it back). Be very very careful, they also don't seem to itemise the work they do, so it's very difficult to know what you're paying for. They're totally scamming my son's grandmother & are making things as difficult as they can (especially Mr Godfrey who I have complained about but the firm have done nothing). We even have to print out documents that need to be certified as he informs that two & a half years is a long time for not seeing someone. Mr Godfrey says that he has to follow professionalism, but he hasn't done this when dealing with us, as he came to the house of a vulnerable person as soon as she came out of hospital asking her yes & no questions (my son's grandmother) about keeping hold of her money, but since then he informs us that she cannot give him instruction. Funny how he does not now ask yes/no questions any longer, but is charging for anything he considers work, including his call to social services when he made a complaint about me. They were horrified. This was after I made a complaint to his firm about him. Very professional!!!!

We,had the most amazing,awesome,caring,personal and a friendly service from a wonderful solicitor Martin Rackstraw from the Putney branch of Russell Cooke.He,was patient, professional,smart with a great listening ear with empathy.Used my name,served smarter not quicker.Made it personal.I,would,recommend him to anyone. Martin,never tried to sell or prolong the issues.Truly,kept me in touch to ease and upgrade the latest issues.Knew,customer was priority. Really,thanking Martin for a positive result.
