The entire staff at Rafi has been kind and patient for the last seven months. I was T-boned back in January and called Rafi the next day. Mackenzie and Olivia were empathetic and listened to EVERY concern I had in regards to my case and making sure my truck was fixed. They made sure I was set up and treated for my physical injuries and counseling for the anxiety I experienced after the accident. Mackenzie ended up exceeding my expectations. I truly never expected to even speak with my lawyer directly but Mackenzie always stayed in touch and kept me up to date with that was happening. They fought to get me everything they could, they went above and beyond and I’m so appreciative!

I had a red light run In to me in September last year. I didn’t know what to do until my sister told me her friend had Rafi Law Group and I call them next day. They were fast they got me into chiropractor in minutes and their service run Mesa was amazing. I can’t describe the service but her is what I experienced “QUALITY”!! And fast documentation I just loved their communication with my process even though I didn’t have any idea of what to do since it was my first accident I was really Happy with their help! Amazing I can’t be more thankful with Rafi team I just recommended a friend to them and they were fast too so thanks Rafi Law Group you all are amazing!!

I don’t recommend rafi they are the worst in the whole state of Arizona I had a car accident in 2021 they took 5months to let me know if they could fix my car, they promise they could get me a rental car never happened . I just feel they don’t care at all about their customers like they say they do. I would call them leave a voicemail and they would never call me back I would have to call almost everyday. Just please don’t waste your time with them and go somewhere where they care.

Completely blown away by their service. From the start this office has been quick to respond and support me through an incredibly difficult event, my team of Patrick and Rafael were so amazing and helpful with understanding the process and order that things were carried out in that I can't imagine how I could have gotten through this without them. From establishing care to giving me updates they were there 100 percent of the way making sure I was comfortable and at ease. They gave me the best possible outcome from a dire situation and although I hope I never need Their services again, I know if I do I'll be met with expedient, thorough, and resilient service. They gave me the most bang for my buck and for that I am greatly appreciative. Thank you Patrick and Rafael and everyone at Rafi Law!!!

I tried to get a hold of the accounting in charge of my check ( Gina Lopez ) and I was told she would get back to me and an email was even sent out and I still didn’t receive any call. Until I finally said I’ve been trying all week and she had the “ time” to finally answer. When she did answer she attacked me with attitude and made this situation I’m in seem my fault. It’s so unprofessional to speak to clients this way yet all this time they were “ fighting” for a check for me they were super nice and sweet until it came time to get a hold of them for my check and they were nowhere to be found and full of attitude (Gina Lopez). Take your business somewhere else , they don’t fight for you and just try to find the easiest way out. They got me a small compensation yet the firm kept 60 percent of the earnings when I got a whopping 40. Go to a firm that will actually fight for you. Don’t waste your time here .
