This place is a joke now I understand why people harm others or themselves from lack of help. I was told even with insurance I would have to pay Them $300 plus a $50 copay just to see me. Keep in mind I made an appointment over a month ago to see them And was told it was only a $50 co-pay because my insurance would cover it ,Fast forward to the day before my appointment I call to verify The time I should be there and I was informed I should bring $300 with me to be seen at which I said shouldn't you guys have contacted me earlier to inform me of that To which they reply Day do not contact their patients. How insane I wait a month and a 1/2 to find out about this one they could have told me earlier and I could have Went to another establishment that did not charge An insane amount just to see a doctor

This place is a disgrace it doesn’t matter how good of a patient you are they always going to find some little thing to not provide the services. Even though when you have family emergency they will not provide you at least with accommodations... I have been going to this place for 3 years but I’m tired... I recently had a loss in my family called and rescheduled then I came back to Florida called on a Monday to do my app no one answered left a voicemail of course no one heard it call Wednesday now I have to miss time from my work because now they don’t work on Friday’s .... I’m just so tired .... of not them not wanting to help the patient... they change nurse practitioner change every time at least I have met three of them. Front desk I’m not going to waste my time on them. Definitely moving on....

Highly NOT recommended! Apparently doctor Martinez will go out of business over $140 dollars! I have been going to doctor Martinezs' office now for about a year. I owed him $90 from one past visit when I wasn't covered by my insurance and lost my debit card so couldn't pay for my $35 copay today- only after sitting in the office for over an hour did they tell me that I wouldn't be seen till I pay my balance and would have to reschedule So beware and be careful. They will not continue to help a patient that has been a patron of theirs for a while now. ALL OVER 140 DOLLARS!!!!! WOW JUST WOW. AND I THOUGHT DOCTORS WERE IN THE BUSINESS OF HELPING PEOPLE. NOT KEEPING NECESSARY MEDICATION FROM THEM. This doctor is just about his money!!!!!! Find another doctor if possible
