I talked to the secretary over the phone very unprofessional and unreliable in terms of my questions and curiosity of my disability. Literally cut me off and said she doesn't want to argue with me and said that if I'm able to see to go and work, I have keratoconus an incurable disease that impaired my vision. What's crazy is she said she's familiar with it and still talked to me like that, disgraceful. I'm astonished at how she talked to me that I just hung up. Very very disrespectful I hope they get a new one that knows how to talk to people instead of shooing them away I wish there was a negative star for how disrespectful and negative she was. If she's reading this I want her to know that there will come a day when she will be treated how she treated me, remember me on that day. --Since the owners response is that I was treated well by his staff (A BIG LIE) and that I didn't have a viable claim(ANOTHER BIG LIE) its proven that he does not care at all about most of the people that come through his door because the next firm I called accepted it right away after they gave me a "chance" to tell them about my disability and what's wrong. Seems like my case was above his profession and that that like to take that easy, guaranteed money instead of actually doing their job. FTR seems like I wasn't the only upset from these guys.
