Avoid this attorney for home closings if you can. They made one mistake after another. Whoever answers their phones gave me misinformation, causing annoying extra trips to the bank and unnecessary stress. Then during closing, more sketchy deals with comings and goings for 2 hours (the seller is an investor who uses this attorney for all his closings) until we finally finished; but my poor realtor, who was kind enough to sit through it all with me, did not get his check until 24 hrs later and had to return to Kam's office to collect it. Unprofessional.

If I could give negative stars I would. I closed with this attorney almost 2 years ago and was never informed of the gap in the chain of title on my home. It was noted to my mortgage company within a list of other items the closing attorney was to complete prior to closing, but the gap was never closed. It wasn’t until I was denied the homestead exemption by the county, that I was ever made aware of the problem. It took me 5 months to get the title insurance to fix the issue that should have been fixed prior to closing. 5 months of not knowing what was going to happen with the roof over mine and my child’s head. 5 months of paying a much higher mortgage because the taxes were paid through escrow and were higher without the homestead. The office location I closed at has since (my closing) shut it’s doors and been emptied out.

David and his staff are amazing and attentive. I use this attorney whenever I can because they can professionally and quickly handle any weird or complex issue that may come up with a closing. Highly recommend.

Very unprofessional, lazy and rude! I will never use them again. I work with investors and could have brought them a lot of business but never again.
