Randall is the best attorney in Polk County, you may not hear a lot from him, but he definitely comes thru in the courtroom. He got my son a very favorable outcome in his divorce and time sharing case. Randall’s paralegal, Angel is awesome. We hired this lawyer in beginning of July my relative is still in jail with no offers no bond and is told her case is continued on her next court date in October At that time it would have been 5 months This lawyer hasn’t communicated about anything to us ! He doesn’t return calls or answer . We have to keep coming to the office to see a secretary that has no information . At this point she is seeing inmates with Public defenders leave with no charges and such . This is insane In the beginning they stated they needed medical records to get moving on the case I retrieved those by email and in person Nothing yet ! Money wasted Time wasted ! My relative and I feel are hands are tired with the money we have given

Mr. Blankenship, seemed nice in the beginning. But I was fooled by him and his staff. They are very unprofessional they never return your calls,I never talked to Mr. Blankenship after the first time. I never met or seen him. He took over a year and i could have done a better job representing myself. I sat in jail for over a month and when I went to court finally he was a no show and also my next court date was going to be till April and It was only January. So I had to fire him in the courtroom I wanted to get my case resolved that day. So this is a warning to everybody.not to waste your money,time or heartache this so called joke of a poor excuse of a attorney that I will never recommend him to anyone I know or even a enemy he has caused me and my fiance a lot of stress and money(1500). But I'm taking this complaint as far as I need to. We want our money refunded to us.

My father had passed away 8-24-21 I hired Randell for a probate case and gave him 3000$ for a retainer over the course of a year they didn’t do a single thing. I call and call to try and get my money back but supposedly Randell’s never in office. I would never recommend these people to anybody if you go on and look at the rest of there reviews, there’s also other people stating the same thing that’s going on with myself they will take your money and do absolutely nothing for you and not give your money back. If you like to waste money, go ahead and hire him, I hired another lawyer. And within a month my case is settled. I have also contacted the board and I’m now waiting on a response. Randall is a excellent attorney. He is more then an attorney. He has saved my life and the life of my son. He understands the importance of each case. You want the best possible cake.You gather the best of everything, coconut, chocolate, candy, icecream, cherries, gummies, nuts, cookies....... Everything!!! Well, all those ingredients sounds good, but if you put them in the same cake, well it just doesn't turn out the way you expected. Randall takes all the information and gathers all the right ingredients. He makes sure that the end result is the best possible outcome. You must tell him the truth. Never lie. The information must be correct , so he can build the best possible outcome. Do what he says. Trust him with everything. Never ever lie. Know that if he accepts your case, he accepts you.
