Right off the bat terrible. Make an appointment for the 1st call and nobody called me. Terrible ! No customer service. Thanks for letting me know that if you people cant handle a phone call you sure can't handle a bankruptcy case.

My husband and myself filed bankruptcy a little over a year ago using this company....I am not at all satisfied with the service or professionalism. When we showed up to court we didn't know which attorney was representing us, here to find out it was the one in the other room reading a book. Then after it was done I called about our bank not taking our vehicle back and not releasing the title and the attorney said to me "Offer them 50.00 for the title". We paid you to do the job.....still to this day the bank will not take the vehicle back and will not give us the title to junk it. Feeling frustrated. I would NOT recommend this company. Should've known when we walked it and it was a not very professional looking and neither was the attorneys or receptionist, and NOT friendly at all.

They alright just Nathan is not nice over the phone when I attend to talk fast all because I’m happy and their billing department in Cleveland they are not friendly at all is like the government is a against me because that’s all they government people do to me is bring me down over what I accomplished with my life

Worst company ever they never ever represented me. I didn't even have a case number. They took my retainer fee. I never got piece of mail from this company Warning stay away.....

Very happy with their services. Keeps you informed an up to date on everything. Highly recommend them.
