Cleveland office was great definitely disappointed in the services I've received from the Akron office. Luckily I wont be doing this again. Only reason I had to switch was the county I resided in, if i had know the office was the way it was. I'd went through a different firm.. ever call back or emails

Rude! Rude! RUDE!

My appointment was at 11 a.m. I was not seen until 12:10,,,so the service was backed up there was no receptionist to let me know what was going on they only apologized for the wait because they were busy
