Paid 1300 to have to pull my credit reports myself which I messed up on and Eric ( the man I paid to file) told me it was fine everything will be filed on. Come to find out that not everything was filed and I still have things on my credit that should've been wiped clean. I do not recommend tthis company to anyone. Tried to fix my credit and it's still messed up due to them not making sure everything was done.

I had a general question about a refund and the attorney was rude. I know there are rules for refunds but he could've answered in a polite way. I would never recommend anyone to do business here. You can't be rude when your job deals with customer service.

The staff at Rauser & Associates were very professional and helped me through this difficult financial situation. I would recommend them to anyone looking to file bankruptcy. They treated me with respect and guided me throughout the entire process. A+
