If I could give 0 stars I would, I’m astonished someone so incompetent and arrogant could have such a license. Please search for someone else, Ray will only double your legal troubles and throw it back at you, while running off with your money.

He doesn't know anything about real estate law please be advised guys he will file a lawsuit against you even after losing the case and he is very racist.
