I called Sadek Bankruptcy Law Offices on the back end of 2024. I had a law suit from a nasty car accident I couldn't hope to pay (ended up getting a second from the same accident), multiple collection agencies after me, spiraling credit card debt racked up during an unhappy marriage, you get the picture. A coworker who had filed bankruptcy decades before advised me to do the same, so with some anxiety, hesitation and wounded pride, I did. When I spoke to a lawyer from the office, I explained my situation in detail. The lawyer was patient, probing in the right way, explained the process well and was very understanding. The office was accommodating of helping me pay in installments over time and whilst I was worried of people being judgemental when looking through ALL my accounts, they were extremely professional, courteous and discreet. Today, I was sent notice that my case us on track to have my debts discharged and I can't explain the relief I feel at the news.
