Terribly unprofessional and no one knows how to answer phones. You get tossed around like a toy. Sent mail to my moms house first. I do not live there!!

No response at all and very unprofessional. Have a dignity and answer people phone calls at at least. Basically bunch of useless people working there.

They do not actively reach out to homeowners, they could care less about anyone but themselves. Best bet in any legal proceedings involving them, reach out directly to the bank holding your mortgage, all of the banks are more than capable and for more equipped to help you get out of foreclosure with the loss mitigation process!!!

Bottom feeders who work and represent corrupt Mortgage companies to steal homes from people. Brian Chapman and John Tarter, how do you sleep at night?
