Took me eight years to revisit this trauma. Applied at Remedi over internet. Was prompted to take a Wonderlic and two advanced math test. I was called immediately. 48 score on Wonderlic, high nineties on math test. What can I say, I'm a Dulaney Lion. Dress code was casual clothing. A lot of Jordan, Jordan's. My appearance does not fit the stereotypes that say how one that look like me should carry themself. I believe this had a lot to do with how I was dismissed. (Wore dress shirt ties and slacks to all my interviews) During the face to face interview, I was repeatedly asked if I took the test myself. I agreed to take the test again, in office. Scores were the same. Certified pharmacy tech course passed two weeks later. Gruelling. But accomplished. I was hired for a position that the company could not find suitable candidates for in house. This according to what would have been my future supervisor Bonni Ennis. However I was never able to move into the controlled order entry unit because the trainer of the order entry class claimed I was not learning fast enough. She never clarified what I was not learning. She didnt teach as much as re read things. I visited w HR and Jay Palin, only to be told that the final decision rest with the trainer. I was fired shortly afterward. The situation depressed me so badly, I lost a lot of things in the aftermath. It changed my life. I have no faith in being recognized as exceptional and given a fair chance. I have been in business for myself largely, with varying degrees of success. A blessing and a burden for some time.

I've tried to email this company twice, once thru the email address listed on their invoice, and again directly thru their website. The first email was rejected as undeliverable. The message sent directly thru their website appears to have gone thru, but it's been over 2 weeks with no response whatsoever.

DO NOT WORK HERE OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AS A CUSTOMER! After my past job in the medical field I thought this was a great way to get my foot in the door in another aspect to grow within the medical field. It was too good to be true though. During my first phone screen I informed the reason I had parted ways with my last job is because I was lied to about a promotion and raise. HR ensured this company was different and gave me the rundown of the pharmacy technician certification process and that I would be training for 2 weeks in fulfillment and then begin the certification class. During my in person interview the Operations manager gave me the same explanation when asked the question he said "2 weeks in fulfillment and the certification class begins". During my orientation I had asked the HR stationed at the pharmacy the same question which she then rolled her eyes and said "I dont know soon I think".I started working in fulfillment with no training whatsoever, the supervisor handed me a scanner and didnt explain anything so I had to ask coworkers for help and explanations. During my shift I asked the supervisor about the certification process and she told me the class wasnt for another 3 months and that the company doesn't have to legaly certify you until 6 months of employment. I waited a couple more days to see if the supervisor was going to train me and she did no training at all. So I emailed HR about that and the fact that the operations manager and the HR lied to me during the hiring process about the certification process. They tried to sweep that under the rug saying I misunderstood and that they would look into proper management and training. Nothing was done by them, the training was still awful. Coming from a role as an acting branch supervisor at my former job I never turned my back on a new hire or trainee during the training process no matter how busy the work day was. DO NOT WORK HERE!

Why isn't there a zero star option? The Assisted Living Facility insists on using this pharmacy., but I wish they didn't. Remedi delivered the wrong medication (but tried to blame the facility for their own mistake, even though they provided the order from from the facility which listed the correct med), billed for medication which was not delivered or needed during hospital stays, won't or can't bill Medicare for diabetic test supplies, and charge outrageous prices for supplements and other over the counter items. Their billling department is a joke. Expect to spend an hour each month reviewing the confusing bill for errors and who knows how many hours to get them to understand the error and fix it. After complaining to multiple people, I was promised prompt return calls. Two weeks later, after trying multiple people, I am still waiting for them to investigate the issues and follow up.
