Dr. Rubin is the only doctor that has taken the time to actually discuss in depth my autoimmune disease and explain my treatment options. I never have felt rushed through an appt and have always trusted his every recommendation. I am disease free after 5 years of treatment!!! Thank you Dr. Rubin!

I'm not exaggerating when I say that Dr. Rubin is hands down the BEST doctor I've ever had - and I unfortunately have to see a lot of doctors because I have multiple medical problems. I'm lucky to have a great team of physicians but he's the best of the best. He spent a LOT of time with me and listened very carefully, taking copious notes. He figured out what autoimmune disease I have very quickly after years of having been diagnosed with the wrong one - wondering why my treatments never worked! The man is brilliant. He is compassionate. He didn't rush me. I could cry I'm so relieved I'm finally getting the help I need.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rubin for over 5 years. I was diagnosed with lupus in 2008 and after many doctors and no success in helping me I was told about Dr. Rubin by a friend who had another autoimmune issue. From the very first appointment I felt I was in the right place. He always takes the time and asks me questions and is always on top of my labs and scans. If I ever have any issues I send a my chart message and it’s responded within a few hours. He is so kind and always a joy to see. He understands my frustrations and helps ease my concerns and treats my medical issues accordingly. He isn’t quick to just push steroids like my other doctors did and I have been in the longest remission of my desease since under his care. If a flare up arises he treats it right away so that I don’t end up hospitalized. I am so thankful for his care and compassion and his great staff. The infusion nurse is also a gem, she’s always a pleasure to see every month.

Horrible experience. Dr. Rubin has a god complex. He does not collaborate with his patients and behaves condescendingly towards them. He jumps to conclusions and makes poor assumptions, which leads to harm. I’m friends with a physician who used to work with him and said he was incredibly mean to his women colleagues, which explains a lot. Run.
