I couldn’t be happier knowing I was advised properly & my case was handled in the manner it was. He also replied back same day if he was out of town it maybe 24hours (via text was fastest). Even when he’s busy I could tell he made time for me. Very thankful to have this experience behind me & the best possible outcome because of his expertise.

Though he couldn't help me with a case due to the age of my vehicle, he was kind and very understanding. He did offer me advise and gave me some suggestions. And if I ever need an attorney again, I'll be sure to call him. I appreciate his honesty in the situation.

***update**** after finally getting to talk with Rick Dalton we figured out there was a confusion on the names. he did not realize that we are the same persons since we go by different last names. so he was working on the case under one name and due to lack of paperwork info had the other on hold. now the info from both of us has been filed and we await outcome. our case has been filed and it looks good and accurate. After asking for every piece of paper and records we have on our trailer...2 months goes by and only once did I get a response to have you received the paperwork I am sending you? Numerous phone calls no reply Numerous emails no reply. We are at month 4 now and assume he is not taking our case
