There is a lawyer with this firm you need to avoid dealing with. His name is Earl Atnikov. He stole our deposit monies and refused to provide statment of account. We did not use his services for the full deposit and when we asked him to return the money he stole most of it.

Great services, professional and very understanding. Highly recommended.

I haven't had a ton of experience with lawyers, therefor I can't say for sure what the average etiquette is but I've spoken to Barbara Hayes and she was very rude and even insulted my intelligence. I'm not one to complain but even the receptionist wasn't friendly. I just figured with the kind of money we pay for lawyers that we could expect better customer relations. But that's just me.

Richard Morris is the worst defence lawyer in Ottawa, about 10-15 years ago now Richard Morris represented me through a number of cases , every single one of them he got me to plea guilty on although more than half should of been not guilty . Morris is the type of soft spoken lazy lawyer who doesn't put fourth the effort he should at the high rate he charges, please beware of this scam artist , he's a nice guy but will dump truck you off in a heart beat
