I paid Mr. Kaplow a four figure retainer, waited two and a half months, and received absolutely no tangible results. The counterparty to my complaint simply ignored Mr. Kaplow and I found Mr. Kaplow to be the exact opposite of "aggressive" - he just sat back as time passed and I had to prod him to try something else.

Mr. Kaplow is a superb attorney. He has handled an amazing amount of work for me both personally and professionally over the course of two decades. He has a vast understanding of the law along with personal insight that it priceless. I highly recommend him.

Do not hire this man. He took my retainer and did nothing for me and my son. He is supposed to pride himself on helping special education families in need, but all he does is lie and lie to your face. He is lazy and unreliable and his office staff if that is what you call it really need to get their dates in order. He billed me for work I did not authorize and he was hired to write a simple letter which he never did. All he is worried about is getting paid nit your child. Save your time and energy and dont pick up the phone.

Mr. Kaplow is well respected in most avenues of the law. He is for you and you only.. I have sent him a numerous amount of clients that have been more than satisfied with his professional experience and bedside manners.. It's not about the money but giving you 100% of your case..
