Richard is an extremely careless lawyer. We entrusted him with two cases and paid the filing fees, but despite leaving numerous messages and making several calls, he has not responded. Each time I called, no one answered, and only rarely did an operator pick up to take a message, claiming he was out of the country due to his father's illness and would get back to me. Despite leaving multiple notes and messages, I never received a single return call. I would like to know the status of my application. My advice to anyone seeking legal help: do not hire this attorney—he is completely unreliable

Since October my husband been trying to get his paperwork together with RICHARD CHEN and has not had any information at all. His calls always go to voicemail. We his receptionist answer he can never answer my questions always "I'll give him the message and he'll call back but NEVER a call back. This is wrong and unprofessional. MIND YOU HE ALEEADY PAID FOR THE SERVICES HIS NOT RECIEVING. AS OF NOW HE IS SUPPOSE TO BE IN KOREA but haven't help one bit but uu on vacation or wateva it is he is doing . I WILL NOT AND NEVER WILL RECOMMEND NO ONE HERE
