I recently hired a lawyer to help out with negotiating a contract I had with another party. The lawyer said he was very confident in being able to handle the contract, get my money back, ect.. I signed a retainer agreement and sent over a very premium price of $2000. Soon after, his only responses back to me were, "I'll look into it tomorrow". It took him 1.5 months to finally send an email out to the other party to start a negotiation. The third party responded back that they would like to talk. It was clear in the email. Then after a few weeks of him ignoring me, he finally sent me a message that there's nothing he can do. He did not even reach out to negotiate the contract. What should I do, he did nothing and I lost a lot of money.
Not at this place but with their YouTube, this atty guy explains what’s going on through a defendant’s head from start to finish pretty well and shows you how to avoid innocently talking your way into a jail cell. Thought he said Indianapolis and looked, but no we don’t have a dude this funny lol He’d tell u straight up I can beat ur case or ur screwed I think, he seems pretty straight forward
Bruce is a dedicated and extremely knowledgeable attorney. My son is facing charges in 4 different counties - some of which are truly very questionable in my mind. The justice system and law enforcement need to take a look at and revise the laws as it relates to domestic abuse and the DANCO process itself. It is VERY one sided and truly in many aspects does not make sense. My personal opinion is that you should do the time if you are "guilty" but in this case the guilt lies just as much on the other person as it does my son. Drugs and alcohol are also the catalyst to many crimes that are being committed today. Thus, one of the reasons my son is where he is at even though we tried VERY hard to get him help. Bruce is a VERY busy attorney and I think he does a very good at his profession. However, there are times that I felt that I needed to remind him of court hearings, contact his office for things that I felt should have been common sense to a co-worker or administrative person. Bruce, thank you for all you have done and continue to do for our family. I am hoping and praying that our outcome is as good or better than some of the reviews I have read on behalf of you. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts and please continue to represent your clients in a fair and sometimes unclear/questionable understanding of the law.
Bruce is a very knowledgeable, down to earth lawyer who sought to hear my story and learn the details to very successfully settle my case.
I would highly, highly recommend Bruce if you find yourself in legal trouble. I was facing some pretty serious charges and Bruce was able to get acquittal on all charges. He was very good at taking the facts revolving around the case, along with my side, and putting up a solid defense. It was clear in court that Bruce is a very good trial lawyer. He was always upfront, honest, and most importantly available. This was one of the toughest challenges of my life, but thanks to Bruce I was able to get out of the situation and move forward with my life. Also, the entire staff was extremely helpful and professional. Great experience in a stressful time. Thanks again Bruce!
