BE CAREFUL... A very bad experience with unethical attorney during a real estate deal. Raymond L. Robinson, Esq. not only lost a real estate deal for his clients during the sale of their commercial property in Miami but he was trying to steal buyers' deposit delaying and obstructing the return of their money and overbilling their own client creating a legal problem where is no one. Be sure to do your Due Diligence before hiring an attorney. Never hire an attorney who is not Bar Real Estate Certified. It can backfire on you if you don't do your Due Diligence and hire somebody who is totally incompetent and your bill can end in thousands instead of couple of hundreds. We are filling a complaint with The Florida Bar and working on our malpractice lawsuit against this totally dishonest, unethical and arrogant lawyer who should be disbarred immediately because of his malpractice and incompetence. It is a shame when you find this kind of attorney. It is not usual, but unfortunately, it can happen. We know a lot of attorneys in Miami, that are real professionals and who are always trying to do the best for everybody involved in the transaction and the most important they follow the law and the Code of Ethics.
