If I could give zero stars I would. This man is a complete joke. He held important information from me & he did not communicate with the DAs office at all the whole time he represented me. I fired him and hired a real lawyer and had my case resolved the next month. Just google him and theres a whole article about how he lost his medical license by being inappropriate towards females and he was also on trial for perjury a couple years ago. Best of luck for anyone who lets this man represent him.

This guy didn't do his job, wouldn't answer any questions about what he did do on my cousins case and worse of all was completely rude and talked down to us like we weren't worth his time. Doesn't even deserve 1 star!!

Mr. Baska was one of the best lawyers that I have ever used I have been having him help resolve my 48 suspensions. weather your paying him $0 or $100,000 he treats you the same he makes it his duties to keep all his clients up to date every week especially if you are incarcerated and I'm like him mostly because Onondaga County Da tried to screw him and it just shows how he take his lawyer clients privately and he doesn't tell you things to give you false hope

Mr. Baska was fantastic in my experience. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, as well as invested in his clients.

Mr Baska was a great lawyer for me he meet with me every week and kept me informed. Even if it was no news he still came. He is a wonderful lawyer highly recommended
