In the three little pigs fable, the wolf huffed and puffed and blew the hay house away, he huffed and puffed and blew the stick house away, but he huffed and puffed then huffed and puffed again, and the brick house did not fall. The wolf burnt his tail going down the chimney. That is Richard for you; he Huffs and Puffs and blows away hay and sticks. When Richard tried to blow this brick house, he had to go through the chimney, and indeed he burnt his tail. The only difference is that the wolf learned his lesson and did not come back. Richard, on the other hand, has not learned his lesson. So the next step is to offer him another opportunity to learn the lesson. See you Sept 1st

Landlord/tenant laws in Maryland can be challenging and this office is on its game. The lawyers I've dealt with are top-notch and reasonable. The ladies in the front office are off-the-charts good. The only experience I can say I've ever had with an attorney's office that seemed more than fair. If you're a landlord in Maryland and having a tenant issue, these are the people you want to call.

Stay away from this attorney. He filed a court case on my behalf incorrectly then disappeared. We worked for over a year on this case, and he did not seem to ever stay on top of it. This was a horrible experience.

Terribly rude. Unclear communication, said she'd get back, she snapped back. Unprofessional and moody. Feel sorry for the interns.

Had a chance to recently watch him in a criminal trial. Have to admit, the outcome didn't go the way I wanted but Basile is impressive -- well prepared. Just wish he wouldn't represent dirtbags.
