By far the best lawyer I’ve ever had, been with him for over 8 years and couldn’t be more pleased with his professionalism and class.... Mr Biagotti is always well prepared for court and has always had my issues resolved in my favor. His Secretaries are also amazing by always being in contact before any court date to make sure I’m prepared. If you need a lawyer in New Jersey he is by far one of the best!

Very incompotent ,very indecisive,poor communication skills,does not care about client,hard to reach or contact.he will not not work for you and try to convince you to not go to trial even when he said my case should be beat.i would not recommend him to anyone and would advise people to stay away from his practice. He told my judge who dismissed my case to give me probation instead of dismissal which I thought was impossible .I personally am taking him to small claims court to try to get my money back which I think I deserve and will receive soon.Please stay away from this man for your own good as he is a cancer to the law community and is too old and washed up that he should not be allowed to practice law at all
