I never thought I'd need to hire another attorney post-divorce, but I've hired several and decided it was time for me to stop wasting money on mediocre counsel and hire the BEST! I found Mr. McInvale after calling several other attorneys and knew instantly that he was my attorney. The first phone call was returned immediately, he asked me about my case, who opposing counsel was and looked it up. He didn't require me to take time off work and pay a consultation fee. He explained the law, answered my questions and said, 'Now you just have to decide if you want me!' I knew at that moment, I wanted and needed Mr. McInvale on my side. Though this was one matter, he defended me to the end even after opposing counsel refused to draft an Order according to the judge's ruling. As a paralegal, I draft and review legal documents daily and when Mr. McInvale filed the answer in my case, I knew that he wasn't just your ordinary attorney. He filed more than just a 'general denial'. He took the time to draft my answer with case law. He showed up to court early and on time, even before me, and never had me wondering if he would be there. He made me feel as if I was his only client! Reid is unique in that he is rough around the edges, is a fighter, KNOWS the law and the system, yet is very compassionate. Divorce is hard enough, but add out-of-state and residency issues, and a teenager, it was super hard. He was awesome through the process.
