I've had a very lengthy, contentious divorce/child custody case. Elizabeth Roberts' firm has had my back every step of the way. They are dedicated, responsive, and excellent litigators. They helped settle my case, which was a very difficult case to settle. Attorney Roberts has always been straightforward in her approach; no sugar-coating situations or outcomes. Meaghan McGovern is also an excellent, thorough attorney. Their entire team was committed to understanding my case, advocating on my behalf, and keeping me and my child's best interest at the forefront. I'd recommend the firm to anyone.

STAY AWAY! I have built three small successful business and recently ended an awful 10 year middle age marriage to a woman that embezzled money from my company. I hired this firm to represent me. Roberts either never grasped all the facts of my case or simply could not stand up to stronger counsel on the other side in court. Routinely, my ex wife's lawyer would make false claims and Roberts did not or could not respond with facts. Roberts told me it would cost me $25K to get to trial and another 25K if it went to trial. I paid the 50K. It did not go to trial and now they want another $50K, $100k in total. On top of that I only agreed to settle because Roberts told me that if I did not settle, the judge would order the sale of the company that I founded before the marriage. STAY AWAY!

I had a great experience working with this firm! The process was easy and straightforward and the outcome was favorable. (One of the negative reviews is from my ex who was not their client and was not pleased with the outcome.)
