I have the Hyatt Legal Plan and Robertson Bodoh and Nasrallah was one of the firms in the network. I called with a case number and was told that Keith Bodoh is the one handling the plan. He simply called me back and say "I don't have time for your case. Good luck finding someone else" and hanged up. I understand if my case is small and that they don't want to look at it, but this is the rudest attorney that I've ever spoken with.

After contacting someone within the firm, I can attest the following:nn1) They prefer to deal with people who do not use a legal plan (e.g. Hyatt/MetLaw). If they know you are planning to go in that direction, they'll find ways not to take your case.nn2) The attitude on the phone consultantion can only be described as curt and impatient. nn3) If you walk in to their office with money and no inclining that you are coming on using a legal plan of any sort, you will have a more palatable experience. Otherwise expect a dismissive tone and attitude.
