Over the past 18 years, I have had occasion to work with this firm on three very different projects -- preparation of a revocable trust, will, living wills, powers of attorney, etc.; bringing suit to recover expenses I incurred from an unpaid student loan which I had stupidly cosigned; and seeking advice for an American friend living in Europe who feared that her sister in Ohio was financially and emotionally abusing her parents who lived with the sister, and later advising and assisting with other legal matters instigated by said sister. I was attacked by two dogs and the owner refused to do anything with the vicious animals. I filed a civil suit against the owner of the dogs and was offered $350 for compensation by the dog owner's insurance company. I retained Tara Jones to represent me in a civil suit against the dog owner. Mrs. Jones took the case to court and won a judgement against the owner of the dogs for $12,500. She was very professional, well prepared and did an excellent job in representing me.
