I worked with Jay Rock in 2021 because he came highly recommended by our seller's broker since they've been representing the previous owner for years. Very unhappy with the service and unprofessionalism. They missed filling the appeal which was crucial to lower our property tax because was based on the new purchase price and resulted in a serious increase in our property tax. Definitely not recommended.
Have worked with Jay Rock and Jacob Rheaume on multiple credit transactions. The work has been excellent at reasonable rates. Will continue to use Rock Fusco & Connelly as a preferred partner.
