This is a great Firm, I have never been more grateful for all the help Kuba law Firm gave me with my immigration case, too bad for all those people writing so much negativity about, but every case is different, and to my experience they never lied to me, like others firms does only for money, and taking advantage of it. I don’t recommend this firm!!!! My family and friends were with this firm for years and never did anything to help them out. They just care about the money. When you ask for your case they never do nothing then ask you for money first in order for them to give you updates on your case. The only time they talk to you nice and be gentle is when you show them money after that they mistreat you!! And if we talk about the cases that take years and years they don’t really do anything to help out. We have received a lot more help from an outside lawyer than this firm.

Go elsewhere! Do not hire them. Very unprofessional. Went to them a while back. I had to call constantly to get information. Paralegal was changed plenty of times. Got to the point where no one knew where our paperwork was. Was told a price and then recently was told a different price. I told him he needed to work out the price for all the time we had to wait due to the fact that paperwork was not submitted March would be 3 years!!! He said he would work something out. Instead the lady walks in with an agreement that was actually more than what he had stated he would "work something out" for all the time we waited. I told her we no longer needed his service and would be looking for a different lawyer. She goes to tell him and he says we can go look for someone else but had to pay what we owed him which was $2000. He later emails me that another lawyer had requested information and that he was unaware. Which he was aware we no longer required his service. In the email he was now requiring a $4500 payment. Took us to civil court. Go elsewhere. They don't care about your case just the money. Sadly I have family member who have hired him and have paid too much to even be able to pay another lawyer.
