Arrogant condescending agency. They were so unprofessional and didn't write a certified check for my property sale and when bank said it wasn't going through and I called to ask why....he said "well that's not our problem" Most unprofessional, just get their money and don't care about integrity of the sale. I paid them money to treat me like a second class citizen. I guess they are only used to dealing with people who have plenty of money to burn. Regular people clearly don't have enough status to be treated with decency . Where have all the good people gone,? Who cares? Only the rich people are worthy and only the rich ppl people count. After further investigation Iit has become clear this agency is dishonest. After calling my bank, I found out this agency:s bank put a hold on my check after trying to pretend they had a cleared check. Dishonest.

My experience with this firm was in no way professional or truthful. I was looking to sale my home (For Sale By Owner) and attempted to work with Festival Properties. I was told that this firm handled closings for a outfit Festival Properties and strange enough there were 4 people (attorney included) with the same names (Mark and Justin). Also the fact that they were aggressively calling & texting day and night to finish this transaction. This was concerning to me, however, I needed to sell my home, and they pretended to be concerned. NOT!!!!! The law firm and the investor did not honor any part f the contract as written, and then tried to short me at closing. When I began to question them, I no longer wanted to move forward. They then tried to tell me that they had a valid contract and would go to the court to hold it up. The sad part is they did not know that I had taken the real estate course, and knew the parameters that creates a valid contract had not been met. They are very misleading people and I would not recommend them to anyone, but caution everyone to be careful. Very grateful that my outcome was successful with my home. I will continue to review this firm based on my experience.
