Definitely seems fishy. Sending letters of intent to sue? Medical bills do not belong in collections! And usually you can settle debt. They are very pushy and I can see why the reviews are terrible. Must be a terrible job. No empathy with this company.

Filed a collections claim from eyeglasses that were at one point paid by 2 insurances. Rose sent correspondence to an old address, called from Private number but doesn't state my name or where they are collecting for so sounds like scam. Dismissed my case on 9/28 with court date on 10/9 but wasn't notified until had zoom court date by court admin.

Would have rated zero if possible. I have been trying to pay on a bill. No acknowledgements from them that they cashed the check I paid them, I just ended up with another bill, same amount due no credit and threats to sue. And yes they did cash the check and yes I have been trying to reach them. I cannot even set the online payment process up which I asked them to send me the info. for. If you are truly trying to get your money you feel is owed to you, do not hire these people. The worst, as others have stated, you cannot get a hold of them when you do try to contact them. Not to mention, the bill the harassment is from is a disputed bill that Worker's comp. insurance should have paid. But I swallowed the error in billing, unable to get corrected and then have to deal with them. I can certainly understand why people file for bankruptcy.

I appreciated Craig reaching out to me after they mistakenly sent me a summons for a debt after I had filed chapter 13. He was kind and efficient and respectful.

Trying to pay for a bill and the person who picked up the phone was nice, it was a guy, but the person who took care of my claim was a lady. Seriously, she was so rude. Blaming me that I only ask for hospital records bill and said that I never requested for the clinic bills. I, specifically think back and I remembered that I said “all” bills. Then she kept telling me about if I am going to write a check to them, she needs to give the law firm codes to me instead of the hospital codes. But instead she blamed me again when I know nothing about those codes! Seriously, I am gladly to pay for the bills but it’s not our fault when the hospital or clinic forgot to bill our secondary insurance! While I was telling her that too about my secondary insurance she just kept handing me over to the hospital and clinic again when they have nothing to do with this claim no more. But don’t put your anger on us when we never do anything to you! Unless you’re that type of person! Worst experience ever!
