I just wanted to say "Thank You" to this company for Milking a Trust Fund account. This great Law Firm handled my great uncles trust fund, at first did what they were paid for by making sure the requests of my uncle were met. Upon the last portion things dramatically changed, with no proof or even any paperwork the 'IRS" magically held up the final payments by almost 5 YEARS. This was all done before COVID was around, the amount of money this great establishment MILKED was $29,568.03. they had their CPA continue taxes for the next 5 years "which were held by the "IRS" totaling $16,885.00 for their fees "Of Course". Hey got to keep filing taxes for something that was completed over 4 years prior and the "IRS" still wont refund. The best part and just gives that extra love the executor of estate during this time needed to be paid $17,672.58. I have to give a huge thank you for your hard work and the reason why lawyer jokes brighten my day. What do you call 100 lawyers at the bottom of the ocean = a great start. I was approached by Mr. Matthew Dambrov of Wendel Rosen LLP who reached out on behalf of a company with the letter that required immediate actions on my side and had a firm deadline. After my response within the set timeline, Mr. Dambrov disappeared. His assistant Lori Cofano was reached. I asked to put me in touch with someone to address the raised by Wendel Rosen issue but I never heard back. I had a belief that Wendel Rosen is a reputable, professional firm and it is very unfortunate that the employees do not appear to act it.
